We’re looking for an HR professional who knows the German regulatory landscape inside out and can bring structure, compliance, and clarity to a highly dynamic multinational environment.

Fluent German is mandatory.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with German HR regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements.
• Maintain HR documentation (digital and physical) according to governance and local laws.
• Prepare, track, and analyze HR reports and project data.
• Coordinate workflows, approvals, and documentation across internal HR teams.
• Manage incoming physical mail for the Germany office and collaborate with HR Compliance.
• Review employee reference letters for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Drive workflow improvements and support HR process optimization initiatives.

What You Bring

• Solid understanding of German labor law, HR compliance, and documentation standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• Experience working in multinational or matrixed organizations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert insights into strategic HR solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with confidential HR data.
• HR consulting experience.
• Expertise in policy interpretation and HR governance.
• Ability to work independently and keep processes moving.
