A leading global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Talent Management to lead its global talent function for a 12-month period. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver a high-impact talent strategy across a complex, international environment.

The Role

You will be responsible for defining and executing the company’s global talent management strategy to support long-term business objectives. You will lead a team of senior managers and partner closely with executives to strengthen leadership capability, performance, and organisational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the global Talent Management team, setting direction and driving delivery of key initiatives.
• Designing and executing global programmes focused on performance management, leadership development, and succession planning .
• Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on strategic talent priorities and capability building.
• Using data insights and market trends to inform scalable and innovative talent solutions.
• Ensuring alignment between global and regional talent strategies, embedding best practice across the organisation.

About You

• Extensive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR Strategy gained in an international, complex business.
• Proven leadership experience managing senior teams and global programmes.
• Strong understanding of performance management and succession planning at a strategic level.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience partnering at executive and C-suite level.
• Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and German .
