Learning Product Lead

This position can either be remote or on-site in Copenhagen.

At SimplerQMS, we are on a mission to empower life science teams to bring life-saving products to market. Our integrated quality management platform helps customers in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device sectors streamline compliance, manage documentation, and automate quality processes.

To further strengthen our expertise in the life sciences industry, we are launching the SimplerQMS Academy. The aim of this initiative is to better uphold a core pillar of our value proposition: to be the life science experts our customers trust in successfully implementing our eQMS—not only from a technical implementation standpoint but also from an organizational development perspective.

The Academy will have the following focus:

• Training Content: The Academy develops high-quality training to support scalable and impactful onboarding, in collaboration with our onboarding workshop trainers.
• Life Science Competencies: Oversees building of competencies linked to use cases supported by our software.
• Modern Learning Materials: Creates training tailored to user preferences, combining self-learning with trainer-assisted learning for maximum efficiency.
• Audience: Serves both internal teams and external customers/partners.
• Internal Impact: Strengthens customer success and sales teams by expanding expertise to better support customers.

We are looking for an Learning Product Lead to build and lead this initiative with clear vision, strategy, and a roadmap focused on continuous improvement and measurable outcomes.

About the Role

We are seeking a Learning Product Lead who will own the design and production of impactful customer learning experiences. This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you will combine customer focus, experimentation, and content leadership to build a modern learning academy that truly delivers value.

Take full ownership of driving content production for the academy.
Transform customer and stakeholder feedback into meaningful learning experiences.
Balance speed and pragmatism with quality, guiding the team through smart trade-offs.
Lead with a strong customer orientation, always keeping the learner journey and outcomes at the center.
Inspire and coach a small, agile team to deliver innovative solutions.
Define what “good” looks like, set standards for excellence, and iterate quickly to improve.
Articulate and advocate for what works in modern learning—and why.
