In this role, you’ll develop and deliver innovative platforms that engage and support companies in opening and operating coworking and shared office spaces. What You’ll Do• Lead and inspire a high-performing technology team.• Define and drive the platform strategy for partner onboarding, engagement, and service delivery.• Own the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and ensure value-driven prioritization.• Act as the bridge between stakeholders and engineering teams, aligning vision and execution.• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to integrate seamless technology into operations.• Oversee development, project delivery, and platform performance improvements.• Manage budgets and ensure strong ROI.• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, bringing innovative solutions to global operations. What We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).• 5+ years in senior technology management roles.• Industry experience in coworking, hospitality, real estate, or retail is a plus.• Strong knowledge of service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow), workflow orchestration, and workplace management systems.• Proven track record of optimizing operational efficiency and reducing costs.• Excellent communicator and negotiator with C-level stakeholder engagement experience.• Skilled multitasker with exceptional attention to detail.• Understanding of software engineering and lifecycle management.• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
