Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sparringpartner für Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten und organisatorischen Themen

• Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Unternehmens- und Personalstrategie

• Mitgestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen, Organisationsentwicklung und Kulturprojekten

• Steuerung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekten (z. B. Talent Management, Performance, Engagement)

• Verantwortung für den gesamten Employee Lifecycle – von Recruiting über Onboarding bis Offboarding

• Beratung zu Vergütung, Benefits und Personalentwicklung

• Unterstützung bei der Personalplanung, Nachfolge- und Talentmanagementprozessen

• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeitsrechtlicher und betrieblicher Regelungen

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Prozessoptimierungen und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Psychologie, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Umfeld, idealerweise als HR Business Partner

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in modernen HR-Instrumenten

• Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz, Kommunikationsstärke und Entscheidungsfähigkeit

• Strategisches Denken kombiniert mit Hands-on-Mentalität

• Hohe soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und souveränes Auftreten auf allen Ebenen

• Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Systemen (z. B. SAP SuccessFactors) und MS Office
