When people use our technology to "bridge the gap" between the physical and digital worlds, they don't just capture reality – they create a new one. In this new reality, they are smarter, more productive, more streamlined, and more creative – because they have the digital foundation to build the world they want to live in. NavVis offers the tools to not just map the world as it is, but to pave the way to a better future. To forge something new. Physical or digital, there is only one reality, and it’s the reality NavVis empowers people to build better.
As a Senior People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic advisor and trusted thought partner to our leadership teams. In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution to support our fast‑paced, scaling, and global environment. You will partner with leaders across our Commercial and Corporate Functions – including Marketing, CXT, Finance, Legal – to design and implement people strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, foster talent development, and elevate the employee experience across all regions. If you’re energized by partnering closely with high‑impact teams, shaping strategic people initiatives, and driving company‑wide programs such as performance management, engagement surveys, or L&D initiatives, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. This role is based in Munich with a hybrid work setup – typically a few days per week in our office and a few days working from home.
You can expect an initial conversation to explore your experience and motivation, followed by several interviews with our People team. Together, we’ll discover how your expertise and curiosity can help shape the next chapter of our global growth.
