Join the DEEP team as a

Venture Manager Cybersecurity & AI

(m/f/x, full-time, 40 hrs./week, starting earliest September 2025, unlimited)

How you’ll make a difference:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for DEEP’s Cybersecurity vertical, engaging with a network of startups, seasoned entrepreneurs, investors, corporate leaders, and scientists
• Help build an exceptional support ecosystem and program experience for founders and innovators in the cybersecurity space
• Build up and manage partnerships with corporates, research organizations and further partners of the Cybersecurity vertical
• Run events such as the “Shaping Cybersecurity Conference” or the “Cybersecurity Startup Arena”
• Act as a visible and vocal advocate for our programs within the startup and innovation ecosystem
• Support program delivery and session operations with a proactive, hands-on approach

• thrive in startup-like environments where “building” is more important than “managing”, “executing” beats “conceptualizing” and uncertainty might surround you
• have a track record at the intersection of entrepreneurship / innovation and cybersecurity / artificial intelligence
• are familiar with the operations of startup accelerators, incubators, mentoring programs and alike
• have managed complex stakeholder environments through strong service orientation and very good communication skills
• are well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines while paying attention to details
• are fluent in spoken and written English
• are flexible regarding working hours and able to stay calm in stressful situations
