Web3 Talent Sourcer

At Axiom, we work directly with founders, CTOs, and leadership teams across Web3 to help them hire the people who actually move protocols, platforms, and products forward. As demand grows, we’re looking for a Web3 Talent Sourcer who understands both the ecosystem and how Web3 talent moves. You’ll work closely with senior consultants, map real projects (not buzzwords), and engage engineers, product leaders, and operators who are shaping the industry.
