Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in project coordination and proposal writing
• Proven academic writing and publication record
• Strong knowledge of multilevel urban governance and digital tools
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Miro), design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), MS Office
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); other languages a plus

Experience

• Minimum 5 years (preferably 8+) of relevant experience in urban planning, digital finance, innovation, or stakeholder engagement
• University degree in urban studies, digitalization, finance, or related interdisciplinary field

Salary

Starting at €49,360.92/year before tax and social insurance; final amount based on experience

The Senior Officer will coordinate EU and international projects related to urban digitalization, climate innovation, and governance.
