Student Job/ Internship: Urban Planner or Geographer or transport and mobility planner with ArcGIS Expertise (f/m/x)

Our mission is to revolutionize urban planning by incorporating social factors such as street harassment prevention and crime prevention with the help of AI technologies. We're seeking an exceptional individual who shares our enthusiasm for innovation and growth.

As a member of the UrbView team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our operations, from product development to customer meetings and beyond. Your responsibilities will include:

• Involvement in product development by conducting analysis and creating visualizations and maps to support the training of our AI model.
• Engaging in customer and sales meetings, with the potential to lead meetings as you grow within the role.
• Application for awards and conferences to further promote UrbView's presence in the industry.
• Attendance at conferences, exhibitions and pitch events, where you will have the opportunity to present UrbView to a wider audience.

• Background in urban planning or architecture or transport and mobility planning with computational design knowledge.
• Familiarity with GIS and urban planning software such as QGIS, Rhino, PTV VISUM/ VISSIM etc.
• Experience in creating maps and visualizations, as well as conducting vector and raster analysis.
• Comfortable with networking and participating in meetings.
• Agile spirit with the capability to adapt to new responsibilities.
• Willingness to transition to a full-time paid position with UrbView after completing studies.
• Proficiency in English and German (Native or C level).
• Residing in Hamburg or cities close to Hamburg is a plus.
