Start date: ASAP Location: Frankfurt (fully remote option available) Languages required: German and English Contract duration: Initially until end of June 2026 (high chance of extension to 18 month contract)
Key Responsibilities Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and supporting basic bookkeeping activities Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other business documents File, retrieve, and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports Review and analyse incoming communications (memos, submissions, reports) to assess importance and coordinate appropriate distribution Prepare agendas and coordinate logistics for committee, board, and other meetings
Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask effectively Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time independently High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Basic mentoring skills to support and provide constructive feedback when needed Previous experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint High school diploma or equivalent qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; experience supporting executives is highly preferred
