Silesia Mont is currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled German-speaking supervisor to join our team for a one-year project in a sugar factory in Germany. This exciting opportunity is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in pipe installation, team leadership, and project coordination. The role requires fluency in German to effectively manage operations and communicate with the local workforce and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Work organisation: Oversee and plan daily tasks to ensure smooth project progression and adherence to timelines.
• Team leadership: Direct and supervise a team of technicians and pipe fitters, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Safety and quality control: Guarantee that all operations align with established safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and enforce compliance with project specifications.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in isometrics: Strong ability to read and interpret isometric drawings to guide and manage the installation process effectively.
• Proven experience: Demonstrable track record in pipe installation and supervisory roles.
• German language skills: Excellent communication skills in German, with the ability to manage team discussions, meetings, and coordinate with local management.
