IT Desktop Support

Stellenbeschreibung:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused IT Service Desk / IT Support professional to support users at a customer’s on-site service point in Gaimersheim . The role centers on hands-on user support and day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • First-level user support at the on-site Service Point
  • Assistance with Windows 11–related issues
  • Intake, analysis, and resolution of support requests
  • Documentation of processes and tickets in the ticketing system
  • General IT service and support activities in an on-site environment

Requirements

  • Solid knowledge of Windows 11
  • Experience in IT Service Desk or IT Support roles
  • Strong customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Friendly, confident, and professional appearance
  • Independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Formal IT training is an advantage but not mandatory if relevant practical experience and suitable personal skills are demonstrated

Framework Conditions

  • Location: Gaimersheim (on-site only)
  • Working hours (part-time):
  • Preferred: Wednesday & Thursday (full day), Friday (half day)
  • Alternative: Tuesday to Thursday (full day), subject to agreement
