HELM Pharmaceuticals GmbH is seeking an IT Service Manager for its FDF Business. This dynamic environment offers significant opportunities for growth and development, providing a unique chance to shape the future of the business globally. To support this, we are looking for a motivated IT Service Manager (m/f/d).

• You will lead the IT function for the FDF business, directly reporting to the FDF CFO.
• You will build and develop the internal IT function within the company, developing and implementing IT strategies that support business objectives. This includes enforcing IT policies to ensure compliance and best practices.
• You will provide direction and oversight for IT initiatives and projects, establishing and participating in IT governance committees.
• You will monitor the performance of IT services, including external providers, to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
• You will act as the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, effective communication, issue resolution, and escalation of critical matters when necessary.
• You will manage the IT demand and portfolio to prioritize and allocate resources effectively, aiming to continuously improve service processes.
• You will coordinate and manage IT services in areas such as ERP systems, non-ERP applications, and infrastructure.
• You will oversee the planning and control of the overall IT budget, including cost distribution and KPI development.

Your profile:

• You possess a degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• You have several years of experience in IT Service Management, ideally overseeing and managing IT functions.
• You have strong knowledge of various ERP systems, non-ERP applications, and IT infrastructure.
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is preferred.
• You demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading high-performing teams, maintaining professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards, and being a team player.
• Your strategic thinking skills support the development and successful implementation of IT strategies.
• You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
