What you should bring along

Several years of experience in Retail, Travel Retail, FMCG or Hospitality as well as several years of management experience

International flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program

Lots of drive, initiative and a strong hands‑on mentality

A strong passion for retail, strategy and people management

A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable educational pathway, ideally in an international retail setting
