Drax-Altus is partnering with a leading private asset manager that has consistently delivered top-quartile returns across multiple fund vintages. With a proven track record of working alongside management teams to unlock growth, the fund operates across the European mid‑market with a broad sector focus. They are expanding their fundraising and investor relations team and are seeking to hire a DACH specialist with a proven track record of raising assets in the region (Benelux also of interest) to lead capital formation activities among an institutional LP base. The Role

Lead fundraising efforts across current and future private equity and credit funds, focusing on institutional investors in the DACH region (Benelux also a secondary focus). Manage and expand relationships with LPs, family offices, consultants, and other stakeholders. Represent the firm at investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. Develop tailored marketing materials and investor communications. Contribute to the strategic development of the fundraising platform, including new product initiatives and geographic expansion. Proven experience in fundraising or investor relations, with a successful track record of raising assets in the DACH region. Comfortable operating independently as a “lone wolf” in the market. Strong hunter profile with a proactive approach to business development. Deep understanding of the European institutional investor landscape in DACH. Seniority level
