Marketing Campaigns Specialist

We are looking for a German-speaking professional who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high-potential companies, building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date client database.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Master's in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Native or C2-level German + fluent English.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
• Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
