Marketing Manager | €80-100k p/y | B2B SaaS | AI in Healthcare

Our client is one of the fastest growing AI companies in the Healthcare space. They offer an AI platform that acts as a fully autonomous receptionist for medical practices, handling patient communication, appointment scheduling and administrative workflows end-to-end.

About the company - who will you join?

• German B2B SaaS scale‑up in the Healthcare space
• Team of 20 people (and growing) with an office in Berlin
• $0 to $1mio in <1 year, aiming for 8-10X this year!
• Signing 50+ customers p/m, with little/no marketing

About the role - what will you do here?

• Own and execute the end‑to‑end marketing strategy
• Channel experimentation, then scaling what works
• Building out Paid Ads, with an agency if needed
• Also testing Search, Referrals, Events, Partnerships

About you - what experience do you bring?

• German is your first language (level C1/C2)
• 2+ years marketing experience in B2B Tech/SaaS
• Would be great if you have Paid Ads experience
• Ideally you have experience in the SMB segment

The salary package is up to €80-100k + equity.
