Do you enjoy building long‑lasting relationships with partners and helping them grow their businesses? Workaround is now looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join our DACH team, based in southern Germany!
Workaround was founded in 2015 and is a leading marketplace for flexible office space. We help companies embrace the shift toward flexible work by providing a best‑in‑class marketplace experience. Put simply, we match companies looking for flexible office solutions with our office space partners, primarily coworking operators.
Workaround is currently active in Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, France, and the DACH region, with our head office in Stockholm. The team consists of about 15 engaged employees, and we’re on a strong growth journey as we expand into new markets across Europe.
As Workaround continues to grow across the DACH market, we’re introducing a fourth German‑speaking Sales Manager based in southern Germany, preferably Munich. You’ll nurture established relationships with flex office providers, manage an increasing number of inbound leads, and rapidly grow our sales in Germany. Workaround aims to become Europe’s leading marketplace for flexible office space, so we need someone who knows how to achieve this and can deliver on these targets quickly.
This is a B2B sales role with a strong focus on stakeholder management. Your main responsibility will be to match companies looking for office space with our partners providing flex office solutions. You’ll strive to help as many companies as possible find the perfect flex office solution, steadily increase customer satisfaction, build partner relationships, and challenge customers’ assumptions where needed.
You’ll work with our tech, marketing, and sales teams to meet customer expectations and explore growth opportunities. You will report directly to the Head of Sales, Nikolas Westmann.
