Genesys is hiring a professional for a Key Account Sales role in the Enterprise Market team for Public & Life Sciences to address respective markets with our CX portfolio. In this role you act as a consultative sales professional, take ownership for dedicated key accounts (5‑10 accounts), position the full Genesys solution portfolio, develop and manage a sales pipeline, secure net‑new business and drive revenue growth in a defined key account setup. In co‑working with other Account Executives as well as a Sales Leader & Coach you will learn from experienced Genesys Employees as part of a verticalized Sales Team.
The Key Account Manager’s main goal is to achieve an annual sales target together with her/his AE colleagues by converting as many key‑account opportunities into won business as possible. Once an opportunity has been closed, the Account Team’s role is to engage with the appropriate internal cross‑functional team (PS, CSM, TAM and Renewal Team) to help manage the initial phases of post‑sales support and ensure the implementation is set up accordingly.
