Job Description
As a Technical Sales Specialist at CSR Biotech, you will focus on promoting and selling super resolution imaging systems to academia, biopharma, biotech, and contract research organizations in the Europe region . This role requires a strong technical background and sales experience in high‑end microscopy.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for super resolution imaging systems in the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to specific accounts and regions.
- Build strong relationships with academic, biotech, and biopharma customers, providing expert technical support and guidance throughout the sales process.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for super resolution microscopy solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Application Support, Product Development) to ensure customer satisfaction and technical success.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to represent CSR Biotech and promote our imaging solutions.
- Provide market feedback to help drive product improvement and development.
- Regular travel within the DACH region.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Life Sciences, Optics, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in the life sciences instrumentation industry, with a preference for those with experience selling high‑end microscopy equipment.
- Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate clients on complex imaging systems.
- Ability to learn technical knowledge through training and independently demonstrate and present company products.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent learning capability.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in German, French or Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Europe region and occasionally internationally.
