Задачи:

• Build a pipeline from scratch among German local governments and public sector organisations
• Identify relevant contacts, determine outreach approaches, and maintain consistent sales conversations
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through discovery, proposals, procurement, and closing
• Conduct discovery with public sector buyers and understand how German local governments and institutions adopt AI
• Grow customer accounts by identifying opportunities for broader adoption
• Shape Intric's sales approach in Germany and incorporate market learnings into team operations

• Proactively generate leads instead of waiting for them
• Work independently without a predefined playbook and communicate when support is needed
• Manage long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders while maintaining momentum
• Be curious about AI and how public organisations adopt it
• Take ownership early and act with drive
• Be fluent in German

Условия:

• Base salary and uncapped commission
• Berlin office with flexibility when personal circumstances require it
