Inside Account Executive-Public Sector

As Inside Account Executive, you drive opportunistic growth for a Public Sector Germany portfolio by partnering with Cisco partners and cross-functional teams. You shape opportunities across the full Cisco portfolio, balancing quota delivery with strategic account planning. You engage with customers to uncover challenges and propose value-led solutions that improve processes and outcomes. • Engage with customers through active listening to identify current and future challenges and propose Cisco-based solutions
• Meet quota targets and manage all opportunities for the assigned accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Develop portfolio expertise and lead territory planning and cross-architecture opportunities
• Maintain pipeline, forecasting, and best practices using data and market insights to optimize engagement
• Operate in a flexible hybrid role with travel for key customer and partner engagements

• Minimum 2 years of B2B selling experience
• Proven achievement of at least 100% quota attainment or YoY growth of 10%+
• Experience managing the full sales cycle (preferred)
• Existing customer relationships in Public Operations (advantage)
• Experience in hunting (required)
• Strong communication of value propositions to customers
• Data-driven decision-making for pipeline analysis and forecasting
• Experience with digital selling tools such as Salesforce
• Familiarity with Meddpicc
• Fluency in German and English
