AI Enablement Manager (all genders)

In this role, you will spearhead GenAI platform enablement, governance, and adoption across client projects to deliver measurable value. You will bridge developers and executives, shape strategy, and drive training and advocacy to scale AI capabilities. You’ll manage partnerships with AI providers and cloud vendors while guiding development, deployment, and integration on major cloud platforms. Collaborating with IT, security, and legal teams, you’ll ensure safe, compliant AI use with tangible business impact.

• Own introduction, enablement, and governance of GenAI platforms for internal and client projects
• Develop strategies to empower consulting and business units
• Design training and advocacy programs and cultivate an AI community
• Manage strategic relationships with AI providers, cloud vendors, and technology partners
• Guide development, deployment, and integration of AI solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with IT, security, and legal teams to drive adoption
• Drive roadmap, governance, monitoring, and cost control for AI products and platforms
• Ensure safe, compliant use and deliver measurable business impact at scale

• 8+ years of experience in AI/GenAI, technology enablement, digital transformation, data science, or AI product management
• Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative, technical, business, or related field
• Proven track record of driving technology or AI adoption and organizational change at scale
• Strong understanding of GenAI platforms, model capabilities, and integration requirements
• Solid technical fluency across data science, AI product development, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Knowledge of AI Platform Operations, MLOps, and LLMOps including governance and security
• Experience leading cross-functional AI initiatives and governance structures
• Agile experience (Scrum or Kanban) and excellent English communication; German a plus
