Associate Director, Biostatistics - Global BIOS

As Associate Director, Biostatistics, you will lead a regional/global team within Global Biostatistics, guiding statistical strategy and technical direction for trials across phases. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to ensure scientific integrity and efficient project execution, while supporting strategic planning and resource allocation. You will act as a site/functional head, overseeing studies, documentation, and client-facing activities, and contribute to proposal development and budgeting. • Lead and manage Biostatistics staff regionaly/globallly and act as site/functional head
• Provide direction on project assignments and interface with clients and internal teams
• Ensure scientific integrity in statistical methodology for clinical trials
• Assist Director in strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget projections
• Oversee studies and guidance on documentation/output development and review
• Support proposal development, project allocation, and client presentations

• BSc or MSc in Biostatistics or related field
• 10+ years of life-science industry experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Familiarity with complex statistical methods for Phase I–IV trials
• Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines
• Familiarity with moderately complex statistical methods
• Strong working knowledge of SAS
• Working knowledge of data standards such as CDISC/ADaM
