Associate Vice President, EMEAI Logistics M/F/D

In this role you will lead a large, regional logistics organization to move products globally and fulfill customer orders in EMEAI. You’ll shape strategy, drive digital transformation, and partner across regions to improve delivery, quality, and cost. • Set and execute logistics strategy for EMEAI to meet customer expectations and financial targets
• Oversee end-to-end logistics from warehouse to customer in EMEAI and adapt to market shifts
• Drive efficiency, cost reduction, and service improvements through best-practice implementation
• Manage cross-functional capacity, service providers, and ensure KPIs/SLA compliance
• Collaborate with regional teams (Americas, AsiaPac) to implement seamless cross-border processes
• Lead digital transformation initiatives across supply chain and evaluate new technologies
• Partner with regional business units to hit delivery, quality, and cost KPIs including CRDD, DEFOA, and inventory accuracy
• Provide leadership to a diverse, 140+ member logistics team and sustain a sustainable, world-class operation

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or Life Sciences
• Minimum 7 years in senior Operations leadership with supply chain, logistics, distribution and warehousing experience in a multinational
• Strong analytical ability and business acumen; experience with supply chain technology
• Experience in a regulated Medical Device environment; familiarity with cross-border logistics
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma process improvement; exposure to digital technologies (AI/ML, robotics) preferred
• Proven success in leading multicultural teams and driving data-driven decisions
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (around 25%)
