Brand Growth Marketing Manager

Execute talent brand campaigns across organic and paid social, events, partnerships, and community channels
Partner with Talent and Marketing teams to adapt and distribute content across priority channels and formats
Coordinate TRM’s presence at conferences and events, including speaking submissions, sponsorships, promotional materials, and logistics
Build relationships with technical communities, professional networks, universities, and other talent partners
Produce and host community programs, including meetups, panels, and virtual events
Manage paid campaigns and sponsorships across LinkedIn, newsletters, and relevant technical communities
Track campaign performance, community engagement, and talent pipeline influence
Use performance insights to recommend campaign improvements
Identify and test new channels and programs to expand reach with priority talent segments
Collaborate with Marketing, Recruiting, and Leadership as a bridge between TRM’s voice and the talent market
Ship content quickly, review performance within one week, iterate, and prioritize measurable reach and talent pipeline impact

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community marketing, employer brand, events, or a related field
Experience executing campaigns across social, community, event, or partnership channels
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives from planning through execution
Experience supporting events, sponsorships, meetups, or community programs
Familiarity with paid social and digital distribution, particularly LinkedIn
Strong written communication and ability to adapt content across channels
Comfortable using data to evaluate performance and improve campaigns
High ownership and resourcefulness in a high-growth environment
Experience engaging engineering or technical audiences is a strong plus
Experience using AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows while maintaining quality
Minimum 4-hour overlap with EST business hours
