Business Analyst / Product Owner fluent in German

Responsibilities

• Participate in business analysis and collaborate closely with client stakeholders and the development team
• Analyze, refine, and document user and system requirements
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders
• Lead workshops and facilitate decision‑making processes
• Perform software testing, deliver user training, handle 3rd‑level support requests, and maintain documentation
• Take part in project management and reporting activities

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in Computer Science, a scientific field, or Economics
• Motivated, analytical, communicative, and result‑oriented
• Experience in requirements engineering, software testing, support and/or software development
• Knowledge of UML, XML / XSD, SQL, usability, and accessibility is an asset
• Fluency in German (C1+)
