Business Development Engineer -RF/Microwave (m/f/d)

In this role, you will serve as the primary technical contact in the EMEA Business Development team, enabling design wins through rapid, high-value customer engagements. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Operations to move opportunities from qualification to launch. You’ll position Molex as a trusted design partner in RF/Microwave applications and contribute to the growth of Molex’s EMEA footprint. This role offers visibility and impact in a hyper-growth market with strategic focus on Aerospace & Defense and Test & Measurement segments.

• Act as the main technical contact for the Sales team and channel partners from qualification to conversion
• Lead opportunity execution by coordinating timelines across Sales, Engineering, Product Management and Operations
• Provide quick-turn consultative design support to win RF/Microwave projects
• Develop tailored value propositions and refine offering positioning
• Produce technical reports, documentation, and presentations for customers and stakeholders
• Support creation of Sales enablement resources and training materials
• Represent Molex at trade shows and events to build brand awareness and generate leads

• Several years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or product management (RF/Microwave background is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background with relevant experience
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value
• Willingness to travel up to 30%, mainly within Europe
• Experience managing multi-year design cycles and stakeholder networks
• Background in product management, technical marketing, or systems engineering
• Fluent in English (additional European languages beneficial)
