Business Development Representative (German Speaking) (m/w/d)

About the role:

As a Business Development Representative at RoomRaccoon, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission by proactively engaging with hoteliers. You will demonstrate how our platform can significantly transform their business operations.

Tasks

• Nurturing and Managing Outbound Leads; regularly follow up on and nurture outbound leads to keep potential clients engaged.
• Utilize CRM to effectively manage and track interactions with prospects.
• Analyze market and tailor strategies to increase conversion rates.
• Proactively engage and market to prospects via phone, email, and social media.
• Understand and articulate the value proposition clearly to spark interest among prospects.
• Identify and leverage industry trends and insights to engage in meaningful conversations with potential clients.
• Strategic creation and management of email campaigns: design, execute targeted campaigns, test and optimize content and delivery, and analyze performance to make data‑driven decisions.
• Promote growth in outbound initiatives: develop and implement strategies to expand outreach program, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and continuously seek new opportunities and channels.

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably with a background in Hospitality and/or SaaS.
• Sales/business development experience with a proactive and results‑driven approach.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM software and email marketing tools.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets in a sales or marketing role.
