Business Operations Specialist (Mandarin&German Speaking)

• Take charge of the management and coordination of order fulfillment for major retail partners;
• Communicate with retail stores, warehouses, and logistics suppliers to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of goods;
• Monitor and track the transportation of goods, and solve any delivery problem or delay proactively;
• Collaborate closely with the sales and supply chain teams to ensure that inventory planning is consistent with order processing;
• Ensure that order-related documents (including invoices, transportation documents, and compliance documents) are accurate and kept up-to-date;
• Provide high-quality service and support to retail partners, handle their inquiries in a timely manner, and ensure a smooth experience;
• Analyze the order fulfillment performance and generate optimization suggestions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction;
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners in both German and English.

Requirements

• Proficient in German, Mandarin Chinese, and English (written and spoken);
• At least 3 years of experience in order fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or retail coordination;
• Have strong organizing and problem-solving abilities, and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment;
• Proficient in using ERP systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office (such as Excel and Outlook);
• Pay attention to details, with a proactive service awareness and a customer-oriented mindset;
• Able to collaborate efficiently with international teams and partners.
