Business Sector Lead IBM

As the Business Sector Lead IBM, you guide Arrow ECS Germany's IBM franchise to growth and transformation. You will lead a ~15-person team across Account Management, Business Development, and Product Management, shaping the IBM business strategy. You drive profitability, develop go-to-market plans, and build strong ecosystem relationships with vendors and partners. The role offers impact in cybersecurity and data center solutions within a globally aligned technology distributor. You will lead change, innovate, and raise the bar in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of ~15 professionals across functions
• Drive IBM franchise growth across Automation, Power Systems, Security, AI and Hybrid Cloud
• Own full P&L accountability for the IBM sector
• Implement sales-driven culture with innovative go-to-market strategies
• Lead transformation initiatives and adopt new business models
• Strengthen relationships across vendors, partners, and the distribution network
• Foster curiosity and drive improvements in solutions, marketing, and operations
