Business Technology Engineer II (Fully Remote)

Role Overview

• You will be a technical owner for identity infrastructure, including Okta, Google Workspace, and the Workato-based automation platform.
• You will drive strategic initiatives, ensure platform availability and compliance, and reduce IT toil through automation.
• You will act as subject matter expert for StateRAMP/FedRAMP controls and Tier 3 escalation support.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and optimize Okta environments with SSO integrations and access policy governance.
• Design and build integrations using Workato, including the AI-powered IT service delivery platform.
• Lead IAM initiatives like birthright provisioning and role-based access controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT engineering with 3+ years hands‑on Okta experience.
• Experience with Workato or similar iPaaS and REST APIs (Python preferred).
