Case Management in Metering Operations - Energy Industry

Your main responsibilities:

Verification of contract and volume data, as well as monitoring of clearing processes
Communication with market partners and customers
Further development of existing areas of responsibility in meter point operations
Independent optimization of processes and workflows
Management of meter readings for smart and conventional metering systems
Commercial meter management, including submetering
Participation in cross-departmental projects

You must meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business
Knowledge of the energy sector and market regulations for electricity and natural gas is desirable
Proficiency with standard software
Experience working with database-driven user interfaces
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Analytical and process-oriented mindset
