Overview

In this role you lead the implementation of risk-based monitoring (RBM) across studies and programs, ensuring patient safety and data integrity. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape RBM processes, platforms, and plans, driving data-driven insight and quality across trials. You’ll present analyses to study teams and clients and support proposals, shaping the future of risk-based monitoring at PSI. This is a frontline, growth-focused opportunity to set RBM standards in a global CRO context.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Lead risk-based monitoring implementation at study and program levels
Oversee initial and ongoing risk management activities
Participate in selection and setup of the RBM platform
Perform centralized monitoring including KPI review, statistics, and quality tolerance limits
Present centralized monitoring results to study teams and clients, managing cross-functional issues
Develop and review study-specific RBM plans
Set up and manage targeted SDV and monitoring strategies for a study
Set up and manage Central Data Review activities in a study
Contribute to proposals and bid defense with RBM information
Communicate study challenges to Clinical Data Science to develop data-driven solutions

Zentrale Anforderungen

College/University degree or equivalent
Clinical Study Lead/Manager experience
Strong communication & presentation skills
Leadership and ability to work independently
Centralized Monitoring experience is a plus
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Ability to work with complex data and derive insights from risk reports and trends
Adaptability and quick learning
Knowledge of clinical trials processes and study risks
Full working proficiency in English; German a plus
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Excel
