Cereals Product Manager (Fully Remote)

The Cereals Product Manager is accountable for the end-to-end commercial success of the cereals portfolio.

This role owns portfolio strategy, positioning, pricing, demand planning, and lifecycle execution.

The position is based in Garden City, KS, with flexible work options.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and implement product positioning, segmentation, and value propositions from agronomic data.
• Lead pricing strategy and value realization balancing volume, market share, and margin.
• Drive successful product launches, adoption, and lifecycle management across the cereals portfolio.
