Adoption & Change Management Consultant

We’re hiring 10 Adoption & Change Management Consultants. 5 Consultant-level and 5 Senior Consultant-level roles. We’re hiring an Adoption & Change Management Consultant to help a large organisation in Germany drive successful adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot. You’ll work alongside technical delivery teams, business stakeholders, and end users to shape how AI becomes part of everyday working life.

6-months contract

100% remote

Role/Responsibility:

• Designing and delivering adoption & change strategies for M365 Copilot
• Creating training materials, user guidance, and engaging learning experiences
• Running workshops, demos, office hours, and stakeholder sessions
• Leading Champion & Agent programmes to drive sustainable adoption
• Delivering communications campaigns to build AI awareness
• Tracking adoption metrics and continuously improving engagement
• Collaborating with Agile delivery teams on adoption workstreams

What we’re looking for:

• 4+ years' experience in Adoption & Change Management within enterprise environment
• Experience supporting a large-scale migration or digital transformation within infrastructure environments
• Has experiance with Azure and cloud environments
• Strong grounding in Change Management methodology (PROSCI or equivalent)
• Hands-on experience driving Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio / AI agent enablement is a plus
• A genuine interest in AI-driven culture change
