Integration Consultant – Input Management

Stellenbeschreibung:

Process design: together with our clients, you develop efficient communication and process solutions for interactions with end customers.
Customer advisory: you inform clients about current technologies and market trends and provide advisory support.
Requirements gathering: you capture and analyze requirements and identify appropriate technological solutions.
Solution design and implementation: you develop solution concepts and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and support or carry out the implementation yourself.
Diverse role responsibilities: you take on different roles in projects — e.g., system integrator, project manager, consultant, coach, trainer or solution architect — contributing to successful delivery.

Requirements

You have been working in a comparable role for at least 3 years.
You have product knowledge and experience with DMS products, preferably with a focus on Input Management or a professional classification and extraction solution, or with approaches from Machine Learning or NLP (Natural Language Processing).
Desirable product knowledge: Paradatec, Insiders Technologies, Tungsten Automation or alternatively ABBYY or OpenText.
You have knowledge of Java EE and/or .NET and can implement document-heavy business processes using standard software.
You have strong consulting skills, are results-oriented, show initiative and enjoy taking responsibility.
AI competence: you already use AI tools and technologies routinely in your daily work — for example, to make processes more efficient, structure complex problems or share knowledge quickly. You see AI not as a replacement but as support to make your work even more effective.
You enjoy learning new things and are open to new situations and people.
