Client Manager, Commercial Lines (Fully Remote)

• Serve as the lead relationship manager for complex, high-revenue accounts across P&C and Life & Health lines.
• Manage renewals, marketing to carriers, coverage negotiations, and claims advocacy.
• Lead internal teams and mentor junior staff to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-10 years of insurance account management experience with a strong track record.
• Active P&C and/or Life & Health licenses; advanced certifications (CIC, CRM, CPCU) preferred.
• Proficiency in AMS360 and excellent client-facing communication skills.
