Clinical Talent Experience Manager (2026-3263)

JOB SUMMARY

The Clinical Talent Experience Manager position is within Prolink’s Workforce Solutions department and partners with key stakeholders to manage and promote clinical excellence, engagement, and retention initiatives. This position will support our clients within the Pacific and Hawaii Standard time zones.

Position will be remote unless the selected candidate lives within a commutable distance to one of our offices and will then work a hybrid schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the development of Prolink’s clinical concierge model and services to achieve company and clinical objectives
• Serve as a resource throughout the organization and with clients to advance and improve the practice environment supporting clinical excellence
• Manage development of recruitment, engagement, performance management, and retention programs, including the expansion and enhancement of existing loyalty program
• Utilize appropriate sources of data and technology to make decisions and proactively mitigate risk
• Evaluate and measure adherence to safety and quality standards, includes providing inputs for board reporting and follow up
• Support internal teams to reach engagement and fulfillment goals
• Improve and enhance visibility of talent retention data to drive action planning and achievement of desired outcomes
• Partner with Sales team to conduct Quarterly Business Reviews for dedicated group of clients
• Participate in leader on-call schedule in partnership with compliance and support teams
• Lead and manage the strategic direction, onboarding, performance management, and career development for all team members by consistently providing relevant information, feedback, and guidance
• Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Willing and able to travel 25% of the time
• Bachelor degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of nursing experience
• Current RN licensure in home state
