Commerce Advisory & Solution Architecture Senior Manager (all genders)

In this role you guide clients through complex commerce transformations, aligning business goals with robust, composable architectures. You work with cross‑functional teams to shape future‑state platforms and roadmaps, balancing strategic direction with technical delivery. You lead discovery sessions and platform selections, and promote modern delivery practices and AI applications in commerce. • Advise on commerce strategy and transformation grounded in business objectives and organizational readiness
• Design composable, MACH‑aligned architectures and integrate them with ERP/CRM/legacy systems
• Lead discovery workshops, translate insights into capability maps, solution blueprints, and prioritized roadmaps
• Evaluate and recommend commerce platforms with clear viewpoints to technical and business audiences
• Advise on modern delivery practices (CI/CD, GitOps, trunk‑based development, containerization, platform engineering)
• Shape AI applications in commerce across personalization, intelligent search, dynamic pricing, and SDLC productivity

• 10+ years in digital commerce, solution architecture, or technology consulting
• Deep expertise in composable commerce and MACH principles
• Hands‑on experience with commercetools, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, VTEX, or Elastic Path
• Experience advising senior stakeholders and running strategy-to-design workshops
• Strong knowledge of modern software delivery and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, platform engineering, DORA metrics)
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and scalable commerce ecosystems
