Commercial Manager - Frankfurt, Germany

As Commercial Manager in Frankfurt, you will drive the commercial strategy for large-scale MEP projects and lead the project QS team to ensure profitability and contractual compliance. You will collaborate with PMs, QSs and clients from pre-construction through final account, shaping commercial outcomes across major builds. The role places you at the core of a growing European business serving data centres and high-tech sectors. You will influence profitability, risk management and delivery excellence in a dynamic, cross-border environment.

• Lead all commercial aspects of large-scale MEP projects
• Manage cost planning, procurement, valuations & risk
• Collaborate with PMs, QSs, and clients to track performance
• Ensure profitability and contractual compliance
• Support project delivery from pre-construction to final account

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• 8+ years' post-qualification experience on large MEP projects
• Strong commercial & contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication, organisation & leadership skills
• High IT proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English
• Right to work in the EU & travel flexibility
