As Commissioning Manager, you will lead the end-to-end commissioning for a high-spec data centre in Frankfurt. You will work within a leading European contractor on a landmark, mission-critical build, ensuring mechanical, electrical and controls systems are fully tested and ready for operation. You’ll coordinate across suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to meet readiness milestones and client handover. This role combines hands-on testing leadership with strategic programme management, shaping project success. You’ll join a high-performance team delivering complex data centre solutions for top tech clients.

• Manage all stages of commissioning from early planning to client handover
• Prepare, update, and track commissioning programmes, reports, and readiness milestones
• Drive coordination between suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Supervise commissioning engineers across multiple disciplines
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and international standards
• Lead witness testing, inspections, and validation activities with the client
• Manage and verify all commissioning documentation and final certification packages

• Significant experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale MEP or data centre projects
• Technical expertise across both mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Proven leadership in managing multiple commissioning workstreams
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to maintain clear communication under pressure
• EU passport or right to work in Germany without sponsorship
