We are looking to hire you as soon as possible as an experienced construction manager for the Technical Insulation department (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

Location : Berlin (with travel required)

Responsibilities

What you can expect from us:

You will be responsible for independently overseeing and managing construction sites nationwide in the field of technical insulation .
One focus is on preparing take-offs for ordering materials and billing , as well as on sheet metal take-offs for production .
They regularly consult with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
You will also instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
You are also responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

You have several years of experience as a site manager, ideally in the field of technical insulation
Sound knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination are among your strengths.
You work independently and in an organized manner, and you stand out for your assertiveness and sense of responsibility.
A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round out your profile.
