We are looking to hire you as soon as possible as an experienced construction manager for the Technical Insulation department (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.
Location : Berlin (with travel required)

Responsibilities
What you can expect from us:
- You will be responsible for independently overseeing and managing construction sites nationwide in the field of technical insulation .
- One focus is on preparing take-offs for ordering materials and billing , as well as on sheet metal take-offs for production .
- They regularly consult with clients, project managers and subcontractors and coordinate the construction process.
- You will also instruct fitters, manage their deployment and monitor quality and performance on the construction site.
- You are also responsible for complying with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
What you bring with you:
- You have several years of experience as a site manager, ideally in the field of technical insulation
- Sound knowledge of measurement, invoicing and construction coordination are among your strengths.
- You work independently and in an organized manner, and you stand out for your assertiveness and sense of responsibility.
- A Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel round out your profile.
