Consultant - Risk & Resilience

In this role, you guide clients through risk and resilience challenges within a European practice hub. You apply advanced analytics and risk modelling to help clients quantify exposures and strengthen governance. • Guide clients through uncertainty and build resilience across risk domains
• Engage with a global client base to address risk, compliance, and governance needs
• Conduct data-driven scenario planning, stress-testing, and advanced modeling to quantify risk exposures
• Develop or validate risk frameworks and models and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Support enterprise risk management capabilities and embed contingencies in long-term plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive risk management outcomes and growth

• Master's degree in a quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, risk quantitative analysis/modelling, or related consulting in risk-focused contexts
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and quantitative modelling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and drive independent workstreams within a team
• Experience with risk model lifecycle (development, implementation, testing) and programming in Python or R
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, MATLAB, or SAS is a plus
• Familiarity with ML/AI (NLP, deep learning, anomaly detection) and GenAI/LLM is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English communication; willingness to travel
