Overview

As Consulting Manager, you will lead client engagements, shape strategic transformation programmes, and drive growth for a rapidly expanding Financial Services advisory practice. You’ll combine strategic advisory with delivery excellence, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor teams while helping to expand offerings and the firm’s footprint. This role blends leadership, business development, and hands-on delivery in a merit-based, entrepreneurial environment. You will work with cross-functional experts to influence strategy and scale the practice.

Lead strategic transformation programmes for Financial Services organisations
Deliver Data & AI consulting engagements from strategy through implementation
Manage senior client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor
Lead consulting teams, mentor junior consultants, develop future leaders
Own workstreams, budgets, project delivery, and client satisfaction
Contribute to business development including proposals, client acquisition and account growth
Develop new offerings, methodologies, and intellectual property

Zentrale Anforderungen

4+ years in management consulting, technology consulting, or Financial Services transformation
Strong experience delivering Data & AI programmes
Experience in Banking, Insurance, Asset Management or Payments consulting
Experience managing complex client engagements and senior stakeholders
Commercial awareness with exposure to business development and proposal management
