RevOrg Data Analytics Manager / Lead Data Analyst

In this role you lead the RevOrg Data Analytics team to enable data-driven decisions across Sales, Marketing, CS and Enablement. You’ll shape revenue analytics foundations, governance, and scalable dashboards to drive predictable growth. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to align metrics and ensure a single source of truth. You’ll influence senior leaders with executive-ready insights and steer analytical strategy in a fast-growing SaaS environment. • Lead, mentor and develop the RevOrg Analyst team; set analytical standards and ensure high-quality outputs
• Own and evolve revenue KPIs, dashboards, and definitions across GTM teams; guide forecasting, attribution and productivity analytics
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, CS Ops, RevOps, CRM and Enablement to align data structures and reporting
• Co-own data governance frameworks, data standards and pipeline hygiene
• Ensure robust methodologies for modeling, forecasting, attribution, and visualization; partner with Data Engineering and CRM teams to improve data pipelines

• 5–7+ years in data analytics within B2B SaaS
• experience in RevOps or GTM analytics preferred
• prior team leadership or mentorship experience
• Mastery of SQL; strong Python/R; advanced data visualization
