Contracts Attorney (Fully Remote)

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with customers.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure timely contract execution.
• Provide legal advice on contract terms, risk allocation, and compliance.

Required Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed in a U.S. jurisdiction.
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial contract law and SaaS agreements.
• Strong communication and business judgment skills.
