Contracts & Procurement Specialist (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and administer commercial agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and purchase orders.
• Support commercial negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules, and risk allocation.
• Coordinate contract review with Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement or contract management.
• Experience in regulated industries like nuclear or energy is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range: $100,000-140,000.
