What you can expect

• In your new position, you define and implement the global real‑estate strategy of a leading agricultural solutions company with sales of nearly €10bn doing business in almost all countries worldwide, aligned with business and financial objectives.
• You lead portfolio planning and optimisation, identify cost‑saving and value‑creation opportunities, establish governance, policies, and performance management across all real‑estate activities and in your role you own the real‑estate budget, planning, and reporting.
• Moreover, you oversee global transactions (leases, acquisitions, disposals) and capital projects while providing senior advisory and building as well as leading a lean global team scaling capabilities over time (transactions, data, asset management).
• You manage external service providers, drive the transition to an independent operating model and enhance digitalisation as well as data transparency in real‑estate management.
• Last but not least, you act as a trusted partner to the CFO and senior leadership team supporting strategic initiatives (e.g. M&A, transformation).

Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in corporate real‑estate, transactions, or portfolio management, add‑on: experience in agriculture / rural areas.
• Proven leadership experience in a global or multinational environment as well as strong expertise in real‑estate strategy, transactions, and financial analysis.
• Experience with outsourcing models and service provider management; exposure to transformation or IPO environments is a plus.
• Proven digital and AI focus with the ability to leverage modern technologies and data‑driven approaches to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
